Patna- 14 May, 2022, Amid the power crunch, the need for looking at alternate sources is on a continual rise and to address the need, Loom Solar, a D2C solar tech start-up under Govt. of India’s Start Up India initiative and one of the leading mono-panel manufacturers, today opened its first 100% solar powered Experience Centre in Patna, Bihar. This experience centre reflects the purpose of Aatmanirbhar Bharat with ‘Aatmanirbhar Bijli’.
Hailing diversity and inclusion, this is also Loom Solar’s first woman owned solar experience centre in India. Usha Anand the owner of the experience centre started her journey with Loom solar as a customer in the year 2020 and has chosen to be an entrepreneur along with her husband Jay Anand by sharing the knowledge that she feels must reach homes that are looking for the alternate green energy solutions.
Inaugurating Loom Solar’s first experience centre, Amod Anand, Cofounder & Director, Loom Solar said, “India is transforming and so is the need to address the changing demand and customer requirements. We truly believe that this journey starts right from the homes and with our India’s first Experience Centre at Patna is a step to the journey we now embark.”
Parallel to the inauguration of Loom Solar’s first Experience Centre, a 100KW solar powered system with Shark Bifacial Technology was also inaugurated at Danapur, Patna. This facility is grid connected and powers a marriage palace in that area.
